What this website collects
This website has no accounts and stores nothing you type. The quote form only prepares an email or a WhatsApp message on your own device. Nothing is sent until you send it yourself.
What we receive
When you email or WhatsApp us, we receive what you send: usually your name, company, contact details and shipment details.
How we use it
We use it to reply to you, prepare quotes, and arrange and document your shipments. We do not sell your information or use it for advertising.
Who we share it with
Only the parties needed to move your cargo, such as shipping lines, airlines, agents, customs authorities and insurers. Some of them are outside Egypt.
How long we keep it
As long as needed for your enquiry or shipment, and afterwards for the period required by Egyptian tax and customs rules.
Your choices
You can ask us at [email protected] for a copy of your information, to correct it, or to delete it where the law allows.
Third-party services
The map on our contact page is provided by Google Maps, and shipment tracking opens on the shipping line’s own website. Their privacy policies apply when you use them.
